What is Optimise?

Optimise is a tool that can help people take control of their health.  It has been designed to highlight any personal risk factors and encourage small but sustainable changes to help maintain fitness, health and personal resilience.  Key features include personalised comprehensive wellbeing assessments: *Quealth, Energy, Financial and Mental Health.

*Quealth is an award-winning and clinically validated assessment, determining an individual's risk of developing diabetes, lung disease, cancer, dementia and cardiovascular disease.

As well as providing you with access to comprehensive wellbeing assessments, it provides you with personalised wellbeing content tailored to your responses and an extensive library of wellbeing information for you to access at any time.

Optimise is a free external resource available to all LCC employees, their friends and family members.  It has been developed by our Occupational Health provider and an external third party.
